Thank you for your interest in working with us! We’re excited that you’ve chosen Arlinghaus Builders to build your dream home. Our process is proven to get your project off the ground quickly while meeting all your needs and expectations.

Building a new home is an exciting experience. Choosing your home site, floor plan, options and finishes, are all part of creating a home that best suits your specific needs. Contact one of our Sales Specialists to initiate the process by answering your questions and showing you through existing homes. Obtaining preapproval from the lender of your choice is a wise first step. A lot contract can be signed on the site of your choice to hold the homesite for 60 days.

Once you’ve decided to move forward with us it is time to select your floorplan. Once selected a plan will be drawn for your home. After construction begins you will make an appointment in the selection center to choose your colors and finishes.

During construction of the home, appointments to visit the home can be made with your Sales Specialist throughout the process. Once your home is complete, a walk through of the home is performed with you and your Sales Specialist before closing.
